Curtis controller

The trucks are equipped with Curtis controllers.CAN-bus technology makes the diagnostic and trouble shooting easier.The use of proved and certified components helps to ensure the conformity to international safety standards with all the supporting documents available as required by law.

AC maintenance-free drive motor

Adopt maintenance-free and powerful AC drive motor. Compared with traditional DC motors, our AC motors do not need to replace Carbon brushes. Equipped with speed sensor and temperature sensor, greatly improving the AC motor’s reliability.

High performance transmission:

Transmission system uses a horizontal fan-shaped drive axle arranged in parallel with a large transmission ratio. The battery is installed at the bottom of the frame.Traveling motor adopts AC maintenance-free motor.

Energy-saving and efficient

An efficient lift and travel motor together with a high speed ratio gearbox significantly improves the travel speed, gradeability and lifting speed;

The 80V high efficient motor system allows higher power density, and through deep matching of the gearbox, motors and electronic controls, reduces more energy

consumption.

The enhanced drive axle and gearbox with the mast, steering axles and big tires for internal combustion forklifts can meet the demand of application in heavy-duty working conditions;

Low center of gravity and high load margin are designed for more stable working;

Verified in accordance with double standards of electric forklifts and internal combustion forklifts, with the enhanced test strength higher than that for the internal combustion standard, this forklift is reliable and durable.

Warranty:
The warranty period is 24 months from on board date or 2000 working hours whichever comes first.
During warranty, we offer air delivery of the spare parts within 2 working days.Besides that, we have experienced engineers to check the problems and maintenance.
